Is that B12 really 4.26? Or is it 426? I think it must be, no? In any case, 426 is a bit low. Optimal is 1000 - never mind the range. And anything under 500 can cause neurological damage, so best to supplement that with 1000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin daily, and a B complex.
Your FT3 is a bit low, too. It's not even mid-range. But the most important question is : how do you feel? If you feel well, then that's ok. But if you still have hypo symptoms, then there's plenty of room for an increase in T3.
Thanks fir your prompt reply - yes it is a typo should read 426. I have been struggling a bit just lately went on holiday and did not take any B vits for a couple of weeks. Had blood tests just after getting back.
I thought is was low myself but wanted assurance I was correct. Dr P told me that my Ferritin should always be over 80 so at least that looks okay.
