Is that B12 really 4.26? Or is it 426? I think it must be, no? In any case, 426 is a bit low. Optimal is 1000 - never mind the range. And anything under 500 can cause neurological damage, so best to supplement that with 1000 mcg sublingual methylcobalamin daily, and a B complex.

Your FT3 is a bit low, too. It's not even mid-range. But the most important question is : how do you feel? If you feel well, then that's ok. But if you still have hypo symptoms, then there's plenty of room for an increase in T3. :)

Hi Greygoose

Thanks fir your prompt reply - yes it is a typo should read 426. I have been struggling a bit just lately went on holiday and did not take any B vits for a couple of weeks. Had blood tests just after getting back.

I thought is was low myself but wanted assurance I was correct. Dr P told me that my Ferritin should always be over 80 so at least that looks okay.

Thanks again
