Hi after advice from others on this forum and my own research, I have decided to try using Nutri Thyroid, but some have suggested that Nutri Adrenal Extra should be taken as well. Is it best to start the adrenal supplement first and monitor the results before starting on Nutri Thyroid, and if so, for how long? Or can / should they both be taken at the same time?

Seamail57,
I've seen Dr. P's patients report that his protocol is to start patients with low cortisol on NutriAdrenal for 2 weeks to support low adrenal function before starting NutriThyroid.
Unless you know you have tested and have low cortisol it may be better not to take NutriAdrenal.
Whatever you decide it's always worth introducing one supplement at a time for 7-14 days so you'll know which is the culprit if you have an adverse reaction.
