NDT and adrenal extra can they be taken together?

Hi I've been taking nutri adrenal extra and now have a prescription for Armour can I take both of these together ? As I am not sure if the adrenal extra is covered by taking NDT

I have been advised to take q10 as well and Vit D ( been having a problem with vit D for years )

Yes, they can, although I have seen it recommended that you stop them for the first week on NDT while it builds up in your system. However I only read that after I had started on NDT so I carried on with them and didn't have any side effects.

Thank you HarryE such a mine field trying to feel better, I feel I've been suffering depression for the last 3 years both physically and mentally. X

BTW, did you see someone privately to get prescribed armour?

Yes I got a private prescription as my own GP would not acknowledge any thing so I have changed GP as well as seeing pirate GP. And she was lovely xxx

hi Amandaji - I would be a bit careful - when I took both I didn't feel any different but my blood pressure shot up - to 200+ when I stopped the Nutri adrenal extra it went down again - my cortisol had always been low but once I started on t3 only it seemed to normalise - I need to take another test though to see if this still holds true
