tsh  0.52  mlu/l 0.4 - 4.00

free t4    11.1  pmol/l 10.0 25.0 

free t3      3.0  pmlo/l  2.80 - 7.0

trying to scource ndt meanwhile wondering how much iron i can safely take..on 42 mg at min daily.

serum total bilirubin level 6 umol/l  (1 - 21)

serum ferritin 145 ug/l  (15 - 200)

Someone will respond re iron. I will say both your FT4 and FT3 are at the bottom and should be towards the top of the range. I think you need an increase in levo in the meantime.

You will see from this link that your thyroid gland is struggling re FT4/FT3

The doctor will only be going by your TSH result which they are told not to medicate until it is 10 although some doctors prescribe around 5 with symptoms.

I think you must be feeling bad with FT4/FT3 so low.

Just found my old results pre radio iodine 3 years ago. .... My ft3 was 7.52 ... Tsh 0.01 , ft4 20.4. !!! ... Wondering now if ft3 was high !!!

Ferritin is optimal halfway through range.  You don't need more iron and should probably reduce the dose you are currently taking.

TSH is low-normal but FT4 and FT3 are very low, almost bottom of their respective ranges.  In primary hypothyroidism one would expect TSH to rise with such low FT4 and FT3.  It may be worth asking your GP to investigate secondary hypothyroidism or isolated TSH deficiency.
