Received my blood test results back. They are all within range although I've read that doesn't necessarily mean it is!. Does everything look ok? many thanks

It definitely could still be improved on ie take higher dose than you are on.
Some people find they feel better if their TSH is nearer to 1. The free T4 is quite a way from the top of the range so that could be improved too. You also have room for the T3 to get nearer to the top of range.
Antibodies are low by the looks of it so not auto immune.

You don't have Hashimotos, otherwise known as Chronic Lymphocytic Thyroiditis, as No1 says.
However your TSH is raised, even if it is "within range" and your free T4 is fairly low in the range.
What symptoms do you have?
And (this is my personal bee in the bonnet) have you by any chance had a period of malnutrition or severe dieting or anorexia or gut malabsorption in the past?
I probably don't eat as well as I should and certainly not at the moment or I'd pile on weight. my bowels have a tendancy to be over active but other than that nothing comes to mind.
