Please could someone say if it looks as if the numbers look better than last time?

I would really appreciate any thoughts.
Other things I don't know if I should mention is that I still have only had one sort of period in nearly a year which I thought was the menopause but the doctor said I'm not having that even though I am 52 yrs old. I thought I would be and maybe this was the period explanation, along with a bit of the hypo thing.
Also, sorry for long post......but......I've been breaking out in random sweats, red face, for a few minutes then back to 'norm'. It coincides with me eating or drinking something mainly.....or moving! Hehe.
I dunno...in my head I'm going...menopause? Hypo, hypo? Menopause....
I take b12 and a horse side omega 3 capsule in the afternoons, and a vit C tab. So, trying to help myself. Also considering trying to cut out sugar in my diet to see if that does anything?
Any help appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read and any advice. Wishing you all good things.

Northie, your Oct results are much improved. FT4 would be better higher in range but a dose increase is likely to suppress your TSH. If you've only recently increased to 75mcg* there is likely to be further improvement.
Sweats can be due to overmedication but your results don't indicate that. Low/deficient B12 can also cause sweats if it isn't menopause. If periods stopped because of hypothyroidism it can take several months after being on optimal replacement before they return.
If she didn't do your female hormones, how would she possibly know? Age 52 is the average age of menopause. Welcome to 'hotflashland'..... If it starts interfering with your sleep, consider HRT. It really helps. I use the transdermal, not the pills.
Thank you gabkad. I think the doctor did test for this, although I'm not a hundred percent. This is how I discovered I had hypo in the first place. Her words were, "you're not on the change but you do have hypothyroidism. I will give you a pill to take for the rest of your life and don't worry there are worse things at sea".
And that was my introduction to this condition. Nice. I've been worrying ever since! Haha.
I've been a bad sleeper for many years so a little less I prolly wouldn't notice. I'm trying not have to take any more pills unless I really truly am up against the wall. I've never been one to take them during my life, but I do realise that I must in some cases. I crossing all things wobbly that I don't have too many problems with the menopause.
Thank you for your input. I implemented some things you mentioned in a previous question of mine by the way, you may not remember, but you advised a hemp thing and some seeds. It's helping, thank you.
