VitD is too low so you will need to supplement this by buying a good vitD supplement from somewhere like Amazon (I use the drops) and start by supplementing 2,000iu daily. If you feel that this isn't enough you can always up the dose.
Your TSH is still too high - it needs to be as close to one as possible for symptoms to start to disappear. Ask your GP for an increase.
Your FT3 is very low and an increase in levo may also help this.
Your do not have an autoimmune thyroid illness - which is a very good thing - as your antibodies have come back well in range.
Your iron levels look fine but your folates levels need to be higher so you need to supplement with folic acid - sorry don't know to much about this but I'm sure if you put "folic acid" in the search bar you will get lots of good info.
Thank you moggie, will have a look on amazon. I've upped my intake of thyroxine from 150 to 175mcg started taking it at night to see if I feel any benefits ( not told my docs though)
Feel I've had more support on this site in the last few weeks than I've had in the 12 1/2 years of being diagnosed. Now I know it's not all in my head.
