Your ferritin level is far too low! This could be making you feel extremely tired and also prevent your body from using the Naturethroid properly. Getting your ferritin (stored iron) up significantly should help you to feel a lot better. You'll probably start to feel some improvement when it gets up towards mid-range or possibly before but you definitely need to increase it. Taking an iron supplement with vitamin C and B vitamins should help. B2 in particular helps the body store iron.

I hope that helps.

I agree with PinkNinja that your Ferritin is way too low. Some hypo symptoms are actually as a result of or made worse by low Ferritin. e.g. hair loss, muscle aches NB it takes a while for Ferritin to increase and further time for symptoms to improve after levels are optimal. Keep going with it :)

Lindsey1987, 1.5grains looks to be an optimal dose as FT3 is almost top of the range. VitD is suboptimal, 50ng/ml is optimal. The guide in the link below will show how much D3 you need to supplement.

Ferritin is low and >100 to half way through range is optimal. Other results are within range.

I heard someone say since my free t3 is high and free t4 is low I could be pooling or I was instructed by my doctor to get blood work precisely 5 hours after morning dose so I did then I heard if you take your meds within 12 hours of your blood work it creates a false high free t3 so now I.don't know if I'm pooling or its a false high and I need a increase

Lindsey1987, it's quite common for FT4 to be low when taking NDT or T3. T3 can peak in the serum for a few hours but most of it should be out of your blood after 6 hours so I think it is unlikely your FT3 is falsely high.
