I cannot remember (if ever I knew) you age and medical history. If you are not over 50 and in otherwise reasonable health (no heart problems), then 50 micrograms a day could be reasonable. If there is a reason to be more cautious, then 25 micrograms.
Your TSH does not adequately reflect the below range FT4 and low-in-range FT3 results. That would make me suspicious of any future TSH tests as well - maybe you have mild hypopituitary function? (So your pituitary simply cannot make the additional TSH that would appear appropriate.)
lare, before I would rush into being medicated, it might be wise to optimize other factors. Your numbers are pretty fair. Are you having symptoms other than the crohns in remission?
I'm thinking of your adrenals first off but do a bit of reading and make some comparisons.
