I just got these results back today , need some help , what does all this mean plz , I take 2.5 grains of thiroid, do I need to cut this down as my tsh is so low???

You are insufficient and deficient in Vitamin D and vitamin B12.
Your TSH result and T4 result aren't relevant if you are replacing T3.

You shouldn't worry about your T4 result until you have sorted out your vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels. Like with T3 there are vitamin D3 receptors all over the body and if you are insufficient in vitamin D3 then your metabolism will not work properly plus have issues with your bones, joints and muscles. If you are low in vitamin B12 you risk nerve damage, red blood cell problems and worse.
Weebella How do you feel? When on any form of T3, including NDT, your TSH will be very low or suppressed. Your FT3 is still in range so that's fine.
What does need addressing are your low Vit D and B12.
With Vit D the recommended level is 100-150. You should supplement with D3. I'd suggest 5000iu daily for 3 months and then retest. You can get that done through City Assays, fingerprick blood spot test costing £28, if there's nothing else you're having tested with BH. Once you've reached 100-150 you can reduce dose to 5000iu alternate days as a maintenance dose.
When taking D3 we need K2-MK7. Vit D aids absorption of calcium and K2 directs the calcium to bones and teeth rather than arteries and soft tissues. Magnesium is another co-factor when taking D3.
B12 is recommended to be 1000 according to the Pernicious Anaemia Society as anything under 500 can cause neurological problems. I would supplement with Solgar or Jarrows sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges 5000mcg for a few months then reduce to 1000mcg daily as a maintenance dose.
When taking B12 we also need a B Complex to balance the B vits. Supplement with one that contains methylfolate rather than folic acid, but as your folate is about half way through the range there's no need for a high amount of methylfolate in the B Complex.

I haven't told you to take a B complex as well initially as you may get confused/fed up with taking so many tablets.
The important ones to take are:
1. Vitamin D3
2. Vitamin B12
3. Vitamin K2
4. Magnesium Citrate.
Then later when you have finished your B12 lozenges you need to replace it with a B complex tablet.
Make sure you take all of them 4 hours away from your thyroid meds. You can take them all together for ease but don't take them at breakfast unless you eat things like eggs, bacon and avocados for breakfast.

Magnesium and vitamin K2 are the cofactors that help vitamin D work efficiently.
Magnesium is used in lots of bodily processes including bone remineralisation but due to modern farming methods soils are depleted in magnesium.
You can get vitamin K2 from foods but you need to go out of your way to eat them regularly as they are fermented foods like sauerkraut , which aren't common in the average Western diet.
In regards to your B12 and vitamin D results you are at the levels where you have to self-supplement as the NHS will not help you. The vitamin B12 is low but in range so NHS health practitioners are trained to see this as sufficient while your vitamin D is not at the insufficient level so your doctor will just tell you to self-supplement.
For vitamin D buy 5,000IU tablets of D3. Take one per day for 12 weeks taking it with a main meal with fat in it e.g. lunch. You should take it with magnesium citrate and vitamin K2 supplements. After you have finished the course of vitamin D take one 5,000IU every other day as a maintenance dose for the rest of your life. Your aim is to get your level over 100nmol/L. You should retest in 4-5 months.
Once you have finished the K2 supplements you can eat fermented foods e.g. sauerkraut, kimichi regularly to keep your levels of K2 up. However you will need to supplement magnesium for the rest of your life. You can use magnesium oil or bath in epsom salts instead of taking the tablets.
For vitamin B12 buy the highest dose of methylcolbalamin lozenges. Jarrows or Solgar are good brands. Finish the course and for maintenance take a good B complex supplement to balance the B vitamins out. There is no point retesting vitamin B12 as your serum level will now be high.

yes ,look up D3 and K2 on Amazon there may be other brands .I went for the cheaper as Thornes seemed to have increased a lot.
Only need one .spray, or capsules but if latter for D3 alone you need separate K2
Each squirt gives a specified amount so a few squirts!
