I had this problem about 3 years ago after a bout of constipation from medication gave me haemorrhoids.

I did everything, every westernised medication possible until i got desperate and someone suggested chinese medicine, i had a course of acupuncture which cant say helped but at end she said try this cream, mayinglong musk hem cream, no lie, i put this on when got home and within two days it had gone! I used it for two weeks and it totally got rid. It smells weird and it feels like a burny cold feeling when u put it on but it was fantastic.

I have used it twice since then once for a fissure and omce when i got a thrombosed hem

And both times it healed it..

best thing in world i am never without it.

U can get on amazon or ebay. They also do a suppositories for internal hems and my dad used this and his have gone!

Did you feel the itching was internal?

Yeh and external. My doctor said she thought it was where id had a hem and it had been surgically removed that it was just traumatised skin. It was healing and the nerves were alive. I just couldnt stand it as it drove me mental....

So i got desperate after trying everything and it was only thing that worked. I always have it hear now for any problem down there.

If the itching occurs at night I hate to mention it but you might have worms! They cause dreadful itching but are easily cured.

I think you should ask your doctor to refer you to a gastro-enterologist/dermatologist specialist. It could be a form of HPV virus and needs to be checked.

The HPV virus lingers around for years and takes ages to show up with symptoms - many people don't have any. It's worth getting checked out even if you haven't had sex for 3 years!
