Zoladex Injection - anyone else?

Off to get this today to ‘shut down’ my periods etc for 3 months to see if the pain I still have after 2 laps and the mirena coil is definitely Endo/Gyne related - has anyone recently had this same injection? How has it been? They have offered me HRT too to lessen the menopausal systems, would you recommend it? TIAx

I’ve just had my second injection and have seen a slight change. I would defs recommend taking the HRT as on the days I miss it I feel really ill the next day x

I’ve just been prescribed this and have my first injection in 2 weeks, I haven’t been recommended HRT- do you think I should wait and see or get it prescribed? (I think I’m already premenopausal as having aches/sweats- love being a lady)

How did you find the injection?

The injection was very quick, small ouch, but no worse than a normal injection. You can always ask them to prescribe it so you can take it things get unbearable symptoms wise maybe? X
