Recommendations for magnesium
I've got bored of pushing down 2 enormous Solgar magnesium citrate tablets every day, never mind the expense. I'm thinking of something i can mix in water next time. What do people recommend?

Can mild incline in potassium levels after b12 inj therapy explain heart palpitation and anxiety?
I'm probably deficient in b12 as I have many of the relevant symptoms (including neurological) so I started b12 injection therapy in the advice of my Doctor. I'm using cianocoblamin 1000 mcg injection each alternate day. I'm also mildly deficient with Iron so I take the Solgar "Gentle Iron" - 25mg byglicinate

Sorry for the weird headline!! I recently posted my results below but I have added my Cortisol results also so am interested and grateful for thoughts on those- I generally wake up about 4am and don’t sleep great after that but my body temp is wrong and I feel drained, I then perk up a bit in the day

Im on psych drugs for 12 years. was on a lot of drugs since 2008 including paxera, cymbalta, zoloft, risperdal, solian, abilify, rexapin and so on. the reason was just depression when it all started. PROBLEMS WITH SUPPLEMENTS
Hi all, I'm having problems with my supplements - I bought TDN Nutrition D3+K2 vitamin complex (3000iu Vit D3 + 100 ug Vit K2-MK7). I took these for a few days but noticed my varicose vein running from my inner calf right up to my groin, which is usually innocuous unless I've done a lot of walking/standing

Magnesium
Sorry I'm asking lots of questions at the moment - I'm pretty new to the Hashis thing and the intricacies of it overwhelm me at times! My GP recently referred me to a neurologist re. numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. It's mostly noticeable at night, when I'm horizontal, and it keeps me awake

Does being allergic to antibiotics act as a precursor to GCA ?
I am new to GCA and was most interested in the notes on antibiotics.I am 83, have been in excellent health until now, except that I found over the years I was allergic to 9 different antibiotics mainly given me for cystitis or dental treatment over the years. I had a TIA in Sept 2018 and was found to

Does anyone know what ferritin levels are okay for treating hashis?
Hi everyone, Really trying to get a handle on my health this year, so am going to try to ask my gp for iron supplements. My ferritin level was 25 in November (it was 15 the previous year and 5 when it was first taken, the year before that). So it goes up by about 5 points a year. I currently take Solgar

2nd trimester thyroid results
Hey, Any one able to advise how I might improve my T4 and T3. Took a fasting medichecks on Tuesday and the results are not great. My iron levels have become shockingly depleted since I last tested which is normal in pregnancy so I know I have to get those up. Started Solgar gentle iron 25mg again.

afraid of liver cancer
I have depression for a long time and I take remeron and solian. Few days ago I was sick and doctors discovered something wrong with my liver. The marker tumor AFP is pretty higher, 10.3ng/ml. I'm very scared about liver cancer and I cannot sleep, cannot eat, can do nothing. Has anyone such a value for

Sad since 17.
I haven't been happy since I was 17 years old. I don't laugh or cry anymore. I'm numb. I take Cymbalta, and Klophine for depression and anxiety. I have tried every medication on the market and they either make me sick, or make me think strange thing. I have no insurance, so I have to go to my family

Hi, I have been taking 20mg solgar for the last few months one per day. I thought that I would have seen more than a slight improvement by now but just wondering if I need to up my dose. Any ideas? Thanks

Over night life change
In 1990 my husband and I worked out at the Gym as we did 3 nights a week, then we went to Shoneys and ate from their salad bar! The next morning around 4:am, I woke up with excruciating pain in my right hand a wrist! I was office manager for a medical billing office! I went to work and called my Dr

Low Ferritin in 14 year old son
Hi Is it okay to give my 14 year old son Solgar Gentle Iron 25mg? He's on Spatone right now but I know that won't be doing much. He was at the very lowest point on the range for his ferritin. Doctor said it didn't matter! Thanks very much

Ferritin or liver supplements? Anyone tried them?
Hi I am struggling to get my ferritin levels up. I have been taking solgar gentle iron for over a year off and on due to stomach issues. I have finally had to give up on these due some very unpleasant gut issues that I won't go into. I can't stomach the taste of liver - tried that, continue do it
