Not much! But ferritin is right on the bottom of the range so you need to supplement. Many GPs won't prescribe if it's anywhere near in range but I'd try to get a full iron panel done as you are probably anaemic. TSH is much too high, but you can't tell much without free T4 and free T3. No folate or B12 or D result
For low ferritin, the Gp would prescribe 3 x 210 mg ferrous fumarate a day (taken with at least 500mg of vit C for absorption and with food), but get an iron panel first. Look up all the symptoms of low iron (tiredness, breathlessness etc) and tell GP you have them and would like a full iron panel done - if you are post menopause or non-vegetarian you might end up being referred to gastroenterology to find out if you have internal bleeding resulting in low iron. Those other results show B12 and folate both lower than optimal, too (but ferritin was better). I use Jarrow formulas methylcobalamin for B12, they also do a methylfolate for folate but I don't need it
