can anyone PM me a lovely thyroid specialist that will look at the whole picture - bucks/london/online
Had iron infusion, vit d and b vit injections (that I paid for) and want a retest but gp will not test for anything other than TSH as he says t4 is nonsense and he won’t test for the other things that were not tested - antibody’s, selenium, iron, magnesium,
zinc
vit a etc - where can I get these tests

copper tests results
it looks to me as if my copper is low so would you then assume my
zinc
is high and doesn’t require supplementation? Many thanks for any advice. 🙏

Does sore throat come with hypothyroidism and Hashi?
Normal anti-TG, but raised anti-TPO at 150, though it's been hovering at 100-150 for years and has never caused problems with a sore throat (and I lowered it from 600 originally through a GF diet, supplementation, etc) I supplement with vit D, B12, iron, Betaine,
zinc
, etc and test regularly to make

Supplements - Dangerous, Essential or Useless?
The largest body of evidence demonstrates stress-induced depletion of magnesium and
zinc
, although several studies (both human and animal) demonstrate the effects of stress on calcium and iron concentrations."

Psoriasis of the Scalp eradicated
I also read that psoriasis patients are associated with dysbiosis of gut microbiome - something I am working on already and that they also may have abnormal levels of
zinc
and copper and have found to be deficient in selenium and vit D.

Just got updated thyroid hormone results — see why I'm tired.
Serum
zinc
will take about a week to get back. B12 and vitamin D are very good / optimal for hypothyroid, so it's not low nutrients. I am thinking (from recent discussion based on the previous lab work) that it still makes sense to increase the Synthroid, and leave the Cytomel stable.

Advice Test results
Also taking Magnesium,
Zinc
and and Selenium. In terms of symptoms I feel my main issue is fatigue and muscle aches on doing to much. Which this week was a day in London delivering a painting. My brian fog is pretty good unless I don't sleep.

New blood tests - advice welcome
I also take Vit D3 w K2 7000, Thorne Basic B, Magnesium 400mg/day,
Zinc
, Copper. Selenium levels were good at blood test in February. Folate has improved, but Ferritin & FT3 remain low. D3 & B12 were both already optimal in Feb.
