New Doctors Report from Medichecks!
Although not tested here you may wish to consider checking your
Zinc
or Selenium levels or taking an over counter supplement for these as these are needed for thyroxine to T3

Previously, I was self-prescribing myself vitamin D3+K2 plus others that I alternated (omega 3-6-9, probiotics,

How to Increase BDNF
Unless you suspect your BDNF levels are low, or you have a deficiency in omega-3s, magnesium, or
zinc
, there’s probably no need to prioritize supplementation.

Can I take Imedeen if taking Theroxine 50
From sources across the web I found it contains: Grape seed extract,
Zinc
, Vitamin C, Lycopene, Vitamin E. Imedeen is a marine extract rich in proteins and polysaccharides similar to those naturally found in the skin's supportive tissue, are essential for skin structure and moisture.

More in Zinc, Clioquinol, and Cabergoline for Prolactin
report=reader The implications for treatment include adding a ZIP1 independent means for restoring
zinc
levels that are toxic to PC cells. Clioquinol is a
zinc
ionophore proposed for this purpose. Clioquinol is available as a 3% topical product (Vioform and others).

Need advice!
I’m also taking Folic acid and
Zinc
(the
zinc
seems to have regulated me a bit). I had a chat with a GP at my practice and she seemed very unsympathetic and clinical when talking to me, the usual regular sex etc etc, and initially said they could refer me after 2 years (!!)
