Is it safe to take Vitamin C and zinc ? I had an EF of 35 after chemo and Herceptin and it is hoped it will improve in time. I saw a Cardiologist two years and it hadn’t and I haven’t seen him since then or had an echo understandably. I have no symptoms.
Because of Covid dodging I’m about to take some Vit C and Zinc.
Is that ok ?
