Hello, I take Warfarin for the rest of my life after a PE. Currently 52 and in Menopause. I can never take an actual hormone replacement because of the ( pulmonary embolisms) I have takin Provitalize for 9 months now, it only helped with a few symptoms for a short amount of time. needing something

I have been given danazol for six months and then after my daughter two years of yaz(combined oral contraceptive pill). Then I had to stop yaz as I was having some adverse effects.

Has anyone tried Yasmin, Yaz or Qlaira? What do I do if I can’t find a hormonal treatment to suit? My pain came back within a short time after surgery and the pill hasn’t helped much anyway. I refuse to have the coil again and don’t want the implant for the same reason.

The hair loss could also be due to a change in contraceptive Pill to Yaz (US)/Eloine (UK) (for perimenopause symptoms), or an belated response to Long COVID a year ago. Either way I’ve never had it before and it’s really shocked me. As has the increase in pain.

I contacted my gynaecologist and she recommended that I stopped taking Yasmin for 3 months, so I am now off the pill; she also prescribed me another contraceptive pill, Yaz, that I will start taking in a month or so.

I'm new here, I have been diagnosed with PCOS when I was 19 and since then I have been taking the pill for 5 years, YAZ for one year then I carried on with Yasmine until September when I decided voluntarily to quit. Since September however, I had just one period in January.

I started taking Zoloft last year and just didn’t really help me now I’m on generic Prozac and on a just about to start Yaz oral contraception and I want to document my experience with it.

Sometimes, I forget where I am when I'm running, especially when "Only you" by Yaz comes on, taking me back to high school once again 😊.

Legs still felt ok, Only you from Yaz came on which was a favourite during high school and I probably haven't listened to since then. I started belting out lyrics, and completely forgot that I just finished slogging through snow. Forever young by Alphaville kept me going even further.

Hello ladies; I am 26 years old, been on yaz pills for 9months and planning to stop this month. My periods were always regular even after pills but the laat 3 periods were very heavy and i am bleeding the whole month! Dr diagnosed me with pcos as scan showed but i am confused!

Years ago I tried the Yaz pill and I had really bad side effects including severe mood swings, acne and weight gain so I decided to interrupt it after about 6 months.

I have been on Yaz birth control and Flonase (for non-allergic rhinnitis) for 8 years. I'm fairly healthy, I weigh 135, but I don't exercise frequently.

I have the contraception implant for 4 years and have recently been put on Yaz as well to stop irregular bleeding. Because of these I cannot formally have the blood test for endo. I think that's all the information I can think of.

So I went on the pill (yaz) but I only lasted 9 days on it as my symptoms were so bad. Typical nausea, headaches, fluid retention but I also had rage issues/outbursts  and numbness, tingling in my arms.

He put her on Yaz tablets to control her period as she bleeds like 3 weeks for a month. She almost finished her second packet and no period since she started. is this normal as my gynea advise it is. As a mother I feel very uncomfortable with this. Many Thanks
