Does anyone have any thoughts on this approach? Effectiveness? What percentage of this is actually absorbed? Any

Endometriosis regrowing?
My surgeon has advised me to take the progesterone only pill before any pain starts but I’ve been avoiding synthetic hormones because my endometriosis grew at its most viscous rate whilst I was on the combined pill
Yasmin
which he put me on.

Yasmin pill
Hi, I’ve been taking the
Yasmin
pill for about 3 months now to try and help possible endometriosis. Spoke to my gynaecologist (very unhelpful) and they’ve now said to have 3 months worth before a withdrawal bleed which is fine.

My doctor has currently placed me on
Yasmin
pill to help stop bleeding till i have my next ultrasound to get the growth of the cysts, but i am worried that being on 2 contraceptions is putting me in a world of hurt.

Reintroducing dairy
Has anyone had any luck reintroducing dairy? I'm gluten, dairy and soy free after reading Dr.Wentz's books and chats on here. I try and eat whole foods (although do occasionally slip up) and am happy to report I am losing weight. I have started to eat meat because of the hair loss whereas before I

Are these symptoms normal?
I started taking the contraceptive pill (
Yasmin
) a few months later, and my periods were finally normal! A few months ago, I started noticing side effects caused by the pill, such as painful periods, migraines, etc.

Food insensitivity results...how to interpret the results?!?!
A new doctor recently ordered extensive testing as he suspected food sensitivities to be the reason why my body does not use thyroid hormone at cellular level (as shown by a 24 h urine analysis). I have just received nine pages of results covering over 300 foods, and those above range (>7.5 U/mL) are
