I am done.
Happy Father's Day everyone. I am currently in need of a blessing. & I am usually never one to ask but this is so very urgent and important to me. I have the honor of caring for my 87 year old grandfather. He lives with us. I get to oversee his medicine and all things health related. We moved him out

Symptoms a year after CABG, 20 months after Heart Attack.
A&E, clot-busting drugs, angioplasty and a stent to the RCA later, I'm back home licking my
wounds
. I was OKish for over 12 months, but then the jaw pain started to return, along with some pressure in the upper chest.

Dapagliflozin
Hi, All. Been pre pandemic since I've been here! Just before that started, I had an av node ablation done in early January 2020. I've felt great ever since. Highly recommended, no pain or discomfort during the procedure and it only took 45 minutes. My latest news is that I've been put on Dapagliflozin

Venous leg ulcer and compression bandage
I’m conducting a study in the UK about compliance among patients with venous leg ulcers who are wearing compression bandages (not tights, socks, hosiery kits or sleeves) to find out solutions on how to improve compliance to help healing. If you are interested, please let me so we can go through some

Steroid purpura~ not to worry
I took it upon myself to see a hematologist. The only thing I can't deal with is the unknown. These blotches, large and small, are constantly on my legs and arms in places where I knew it wasn't a bruise; all kinds of shapes and sizes. They stay for at least three days and then appear in other spaces

Adderall Compound Anxiety?
I take Adderall, and have for about two years now (for ADHD). It is very helpful in allowing me to focus on things, but I find that after I take my dosage (15mg morning, and again in afternoon) that my anxiety seems to peak and I get very depressed. I assume it is because of the "energy" it gives me.

Lymphodema in Palm of hand
Hi All I have LE in left arm, very mild but since last Oct I had a flare up and it went into my hand, and it actually went into the palm of my hand. I got bandaging to remove it as much as possible, but there is some fluid at the bottom of my fingers ( the fat pads under my fingers) and a little below

(especially towards the end) there are some remarkable insights into how light therapy is a

PREVENTS
... so many different diseases/ conditions... and she does (briefly) talk about PMB for PD.

I should have rested here but i feel like a failure, so anxious, alone, vulnerable
Or maybe i'm too rude with myself and my
wounds
are too deep and i'm at least doing stuff with the university. When i first came i was, now i'm struggling. And when i first came i started taking care of my appearance and now i'm not again. It's so confusing.

Laparoscopy scars
Hi guys! Just a quick question for those of you who’ve had your laparoscopies done. How long after your surgery did you start applying cream / BioOil to the scars? I just want to make sure I don’t start applying it too soon as don’t want it to cause infection etc. Thank you! X
