Potty Training 4 Year old Wee Accidents Constantly

Was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to help my son stop having so much wee accidents? He has been on and off trained for nearly a year. Dry at night before we started toilet training and always pops in toilet. He just keeps having wee accidents and is not fussed in any way about it! He knows what he has to go to the toilet and knows the feeling before he wee’s he says, but yet he keeps having accidents. He is worst at nursery than home but we literally have to take him every 30 mins to make sure he stays dry. Have tried rewards/ignoring accidents/getting him to change them and still using the timer but nothing is working.

Please someone tell me he will get it soon??! TY
