My 6 year old son was recently (12/19) diagnosed with combined ADHD with anxiety disorder. Feeling Hopeless and no idea where to turn
I was diagnosed 15 years ago with hypothyroidism after 2 years of being told I was depressed but knowing this wasn’t the case. GP says my levels are fine but I never feel better. Constant fatigue, brain fog, aching joints lack of focus and inability to loose weight despite good diet and exercise. 10

Help: I keep getting tight chest from a variety of triggers.. have argued with doctor the other day...
Hi, I visited my doctor a while ago and he suspected that I may have Asthma. He gave me a peak flow meter test (result was 580) and a spirometry lung function test. I was then given an inhaler to use for 1 month and after the month passed I had another peak flow meter test which came out slightly lower

Protective qualities of Uridine
Gang. Just self referred to an idea in response to another post on something I'm doing. This goes back to a post by WackA Mole whereby he showed some study of protective qualities of uridine in relation to ingestion of Levadopa. It combats dyskinesia in theory but I can't remember the practical aspects

Doing amazing ! Ox ..
I write this to give you all hope, especially to those struggling the most. I may have had some of the more severe symptoms, not entirely sure. Woke up this morning, and felt great. Also, I took no b12s today as I was out. Been taking them only for a month or so ? Started apple cider vinegar a week

Hello Heart Warriors, I’m Home!
After seventeen days in hospital, fifteen post op I finally made it home on Saturday. Well, that was an experience, I am thinking of designing a new board game titled Grandma’s Heart Surgery. I was in theatre for nearly nine hours as my surgeon tried three times to repair my mitral valve, each time restarting

Newbie!!
I am 71. Three years ago I started taking Atorvastatin as a precautionary measure, I'm assuming they are doing me some good. I broke my wrist Nov 11th 2016 and was sent for a dexascan. Results showed the onset of osteoporosis so I was prescribed a weekly Alendronic Acid tablet and Adcal-D3, to be taken

Day 2 of hell on earth. Any tips?
This has been the second day in a row in which I am so super emotional it sucks. I’m physically exhausted and sick. I don’t know how to calm myself down. I try a bunch of things but it doesn’t work. Meds, essential oils, music, crosswords, reading, writing, mindfulness, art in every form, therapy, groups

Natural remedies?
Are there any natural remedies that can help ease anxiety especially at that time of the month? Iv tried Kalms one a day lavender oil but they didn’t work. Are there any other remedies that could help a bit? Iv also tried chamoile tea and that doesn’t do anything either.

Today I was going to run my first Parkrun. I think on my graduation run on Wednesday I must have pulled a muscle in my left thigh as Thursday I could barely walk. I have been taking Ibuprofen since and using deep heat but still not too good so best rest it. I can't tell you how disappointed I am but

Hi I've had diagnosed PCOS for about 3 years and I struggle with many of the symptoms, particularly hirsutism and irregular cycles. I'm vegan and eat a largely PCOS-friendly diet (90% of the time) and although I'm not officially overweight, I carry a lot of fat around my midsection regardless of me eating

Hi there, have had treatment-resistant MDD for 14 years. Been on every medication except the MAOIs, and had a little success with IV ketamine. I’m wondering if any of you have had any improvement in symptoms using essential oils and/or the new stimulator that’s out - it’s for home use but I think it’
