Vitamin C
High friends I've not posted for quite a while, I've got extra problems going on at the moment but will leave my queries about them until after I've had some more investigations, due in the next 2/3 weeks. For now I'm thinking about taking vitamin C, I've already started taking good quality omega 3

Vayarin
My son has tried at least 7 or 8 different medications in hopes to find one that works. We ended up going to a neurologist who recommended a supplement called Vayarin. It’s a specially formulated fish oil supplement that is shown to help with emotional regulation in kids with ADHD. We were desperate

Rib pain.
My son has IBS he always complains of being sore under his right rib area. GP says it’s all part of IBS and to keep taking his medication which he does but it doesn’t appear to help. He’s on Peppermint Oil caps, Audminal and Buscopan. I am afraid the GP is maybe missing something and it’s maybe more

Peppermint Oil capsules
Are these good for symptoms of bloating and reflux? These symptoms seem to make me tired and I am unable to eat well and enjoy my food. Bloating is definitely putting pressure on me and even makes me slightly breathless.

Still confused
Hi, I'm not sure where to turn, I actually feel totally lost. So I've been taking peppermint oil tablets since Monday and I've noticed that when I go to the toilet not only does it smell like peppermint but my bum stings a little. Is this normal until your body gets used to it? Plus the cramps are

Diagnosis of Psoriatic Arthritis
So I was diagnosed with PsA and AS about 2 years ago. My father is driving me insane saying he has PsA but has never gone to the dr and is self diagnosing. He’s big into fitness and tells me I would feel better and not have these symptoms if I took supplements and eat only omega 3 foods. He thinks it

Back to 5k road racing & a shout for the blessings of chelated zinc
Just.a message of hope for those in the early stages of recovery - with a decent diet, all the best supplements, restful sleep, restoration does occur. Whilst my time was 5 minutes slower than a PB from 5 years ago the exciting thing was I found it all very easy and little strain to generate the muscle
