So I've tried to avoid meds for as long as I can but my new doc said to give
Wellbutrin
xl
a try. Side note, I'm a hypochondriac and am terrified of taking meds bc of an episode with Prozac. I always have scary thoughts about death but last night they wouldn't stop.

Depression is gone.
One thing that has happened to me since I started Sinemet is that my depression has left. Most all the time I'm actually happy. I'm very grateful for this. It's such a wonderful feeling after being so depressed for so very long. My GP says it's because no matter how much serotonin you have it can not

Hi, I am a bewildered 43 year old with high blood pressure and endometriosis (which is under control) , my BP, however is random and now worrying. Three years ago BP reared it's head again after a gap from meds due to pre eclampsia. This coincided with an emergency bowel resection required due to endo

It's about time!
It's about time I write something to introduce myself! I was diagnosed in the very beginning of 1990. It all started with vertigo, double vision, trouble swallowing, weakness on one side of my body, extreme nausea. I couldn't even stand and, after a couple of days not being able to keep even water down

Kratom and Cannabis for relief of RLS, and depression and anxiety.
I've been taking Wellbutrin and Serzone for depression and anxiety. Well I've been having RLS since taking them so I've decided to see my doctor and tell her It's unbearable and I'm taking my natural treatments that provides me relief. My mother took mirapex and it didn't help so now she takes requip

I get tired trying to motivate myself
I just found this site while doing a google search, trying to find out why I can't motivate myself to do anything :/ Funny thing is, when I am dead dog-tired, I suddenly want to do EVERYTHING except get the sleep I desperately need, but after I've had a good sleep, I don't want to do anything at

Tonight, my heart is racing, I can't sleep, I'm nauseous, and I have an extreme fear of puking so that's just making everything g worse

depression
Has anyone with RLS been prescribed Trazadone or Serzone or Wellbutrin for clinical depression?. My G.P. first of all prescribed Prozac but my legs went through the roof so I stopped taking it. I have looked on the official RLS website and those are the three meds that are recommended for people

wellbutrin (bupropion) potential problems
I got interested in Wellbutrin because it increases dopamine and norepinephrine. It's used a fair amount in PD for psychiatric problems (depression, panic attack obsessiveness, and lack of desire), but there are an uncomfortable number reports of it causing parkinson's symptoms. I think this is likely

Are hormones to blame...
I am going to make this as short as possible. I have had anxiety issues since I was a young girl (I am 34). I took meds for years for GAD, panic attacks, depression, etc. I found a therapist that helped me tremendously & I was able to stop taking meds & I felt fantastic for at least 10 years. When I

Do you take wellbutrin?
I've been taking 450 mg. of wellbutrin a day, but my neurologist just told me wellbutrin can exacerbate tremors and in fact can cause them. Have you had any experience with this drug, and if you took it then went off of it, did that help quiet down your tremors? It is an antidepressant but my primary

Not understanding this stage
Hello Everyone. About two years ago, I fell into a deep depression. I am a 21 year old college student. I have had episodes of depression in my lifetime, most when I was in middle and high school. Growing up, whenever I tried to talk about the depression and anxiety I was feeling, most would write

Having mental illness is so F*n hard!!!
I take 150mg of
Wellbutrin
xl
and 40mg of celexa. I visit a therapist regularly. Sometimes that's the only place I go in a single day. I have a part time job that is not reliable and I'm always late. (That's a whole nutha issue).

Zyban and thyroid meds
I've just started on zyban / bupropion / wellbutrin for my bipolar disorder and so far it's going really well. However, I'm getting hot flushes and tachycardia which I would normally associate with being overdosed on thyroid meds. My last thyroid panel was good although several members commented that
