My anxiety was really bad for a while, I have been on here before. I got a lot better, but lately it's bad. I'm on Wellbutrin and Visterall, it gets really bad at night. Tonight, my heart is racing, I can't sleep, I'm nauseous, and I have an extreme fear of puking so that's just making everything g worse. Any advise????
