So I was diagnosed with anxiety in October and began taking lexapro at 10mg. As the months went on, I began to be extremely tired and unmotivated and became very depressed. I couldn't even force myself out of bed unless I HAD to. I recently decided to just not take any medication (of course I'm going

Anxiety and constant crying
Over a year ago I took a stressful job and my son was injured. I have had depression on and off most of my life due to horrible things that have happened to me. So I went to the doc and got a new antidepressant and asked for one that would not cause weight gain. She gave me Wellbutrin which seemed to

Prostap
I'm currently having prostap injections. I've been on the pill prior, over a decade and a half and don't really want a coil fitted, as it's too painful. I am struggling with the quite a few side effects, such as mood swings, hot flushes, loss of appetite etc. Also I'm still getting pains in my pelvis

Endometrioma help
Hi everyone, So I ended up in horrendous pain on Monday night which led to me taking myself to a&e and spending two nights in the hospital. I had a scan which shown I have a 4cm endometrioma on my left ovary. The surgeon said it is not big enough to remove and just wants to put me on prostap to try

Relapse of OCD
Hello everyone, I’m writing today to discuss my relapse with OCD. While I have been struggling with intrusive thoughts since about the 8th grade, my first real struggle hit between the summer of grade 12 and first year university. It was so bad I couldn’t leave the house and didn’t know what to do.

Prostap long term use
I’ve been on this for three years on and off. I have the three monthly injections. I now have a lot of bone issues. When you take pro stap it stops the oestrogen and it’s the stopping of the oestrogen that causes a lot of the bone issues not the actual injection itself. Although the injection stops oestrogen

Hysterectomy looming.....
Hello, I joined a while ago but have been lurking reading as much as I can. A bit about me. I've never really suffered with any obvious symptoms telling me something was wrong. Periods got heavier and they began to hurt more and more but I put that down to age. I was 39 at the time. I went away in December

I was doing pretty good before all the Holiday Season things kicked in - took steps not to isolate - even got involved in putting on a "Blue Christmas" service at church for people depressed/anxious/grieving... really enjoyed working on that... also did two other very

Switching from Zoloft to Wellbutrin. Wonder if this would make RLS more bearable
Has anyone ever switched from Zoloft to Wellbutrin and did you notice any relief from RLS symptoms. I’ve been thinking of asking my doctor to make the switch. I’ve been on 75mg Zoloft for at least 20 years. Tried weaning off but was unsuccessful so my body does seem to need that shot of serotonin. Since

First appointment with endo specialist but GP has worried me!
After two years of getting nowhere I’m hoping my appoint with an actual endo specialist will finally lead to a diagnosis and a plan. I wasfobbed off by a general gynae who, as I’ve said on here before, said that because the mirena hadn’t stopped my pain then it can’t be a gynae issue. This was despite

Frustration
Hi all.. A bit of a mish mash post, so apologies in advance! I rang the hospital last Monday after lots of back and forth to the GP. I'm on Prostap injections whilst waiting for my operation. The hospital told me last week that my op would this month, but when I rang today to get an update, they told

Has anyone had the flare protocol?
I’ve been put on the flare protocol for my first cycle. I have my prostap injection booked tomorrow and then start stimulation injections on Thursday.
