Period after prostap help

I had my last prostap injection in July last year I haven’t had a period I get all the pains I’m in totally agony but no period please any info I getting bit worried

How long were you on Prostap? If you were on it longterm then it can take quite a while for your period to return. For me it took 18months.

For the first year of that I had endo pain without bleeding, then for the next six I had endo pain with random spotting / short episodes of heavy bleeding (say for a day or two), then my normal cycle finally returned after 18months.

But if you are worried get in touch with your GP and prescribing specialist as it is there job to monitor the effects of your treatment including after effects once you have come off it.

Thank you so much for reply I was on it on off for 3 years so will just keep waiting as I said I’m getting all the pain and period pain so think it’s trying thanks again x
