St. John's wort or Pristiq?
Hi y'all, I'm still way too nervous to take the Pristiq my doctor gave me, I have a fear of taking any medication. I have severe anxiety and agoraphobia, BUT I seem to be getting better. I love Fall so my doc thinks it's lifting my mood, I'm pushing myself to get out and I'm going to try to go back

Gallbladder removal and hypo related??
Had my gallbladder removed 6 years ago and just spoke to a friend who I have not spoke to in a while who is also hypo and has been for years. We got to talking and she also has her gallbladder removed. This is not the first time I have spoke to somebody and had their gallbladder removed. Surely this

Sorry for this all but I seriously need to rant........... Is anyone else suffering from the pain and feeling that it's just not bloody worthwhile waiting for doctors or others to come up with a solution which never seems to be on the horizon? I turned 42 a couple of weeks ago and aside for a period

Shortness of breath after gallbladder removal
I had my gallbladder removed in Nov of 2012 and have increased difficulty in breathing with exertion since. If I walk too fast, climb a set of stairs, or just move around, my chest tightens, I begin panting and can't catch my breath. The center of my chest hurts to the touch and is tender, I can only

Periods/cycle after bilateral oophorectomy
Hi, I've not posted here for a very long time - so long that the boards look totally alien and I can't work out if I'm meant to put this post in a certain place. Sorry if it's wrong! I have a long history of Endo and, due to repeated chocolate cysts growing on my ovaries, I have ended up having a bilateral

New here
Hi, I live in the US (Texas) and was diagnosed with APS/Hughes in 2011 after a series of surgeries, bleeding and blood transfusions. Apparently I had a DVT in my groin. It was very small (microclot?) and I wasn't given anything other than baby aspirin daily which I have been on consistently since.

Nightmare Night Sweats
I am worried 4 years ago I had a large endometroma removed and oopherectomy no real from problems since then. However, in the last few weeks I have had terrible night sweats. All blood works and MSU have returned normal. Only hope there's nothing going on with my final ovary. Would be pretty bad

Hi ladies, I'm struggling here, had a laparoscopy, D&C & hysteroscopy & polypectomy 6 weeks ago, found only small amount of old endo on uterine ligaments, however they put coil in for treatment. Since then nothing has changed, i've had pretty much constant bleeding or spotting, 2 periods which were heavy

Questions relating to post op and recovery time symptoms.
Hello I am 52 and had my Full oophorectomy and abdominal hysterectomy following unstoppable heavy period and enormous fibroids. How do I get through depression in my final year?
I'm currently in my final year studying law, with one exam left to go. I have never got anything less than a 1st in my exams, and I'm well on track to get a first class degree. Depression is taking hold and I've not been able to eat or sleep. I still go to the library every day, but that cracked me and
