St John’s Wort
Hey! If anyone has ever tried St John’s Wort, how long did it take to see any noticeable changes? (If any) I am 15 days into taking it and not seeing a change yet...maybe I need to wait a bit longer!

St John’s Wort
After researching the side effects of SSRIs I have been looking into alternative herbal remedies. Has anyone had any experiences with St John’s Wort? I understand that it does not interact with medication very well however I am not currently on any tablets so that won’t necessarily be an issue for

Gallbladder removal pros and cons
Drs are considering putting me up for gallbladder removal due to sludge and nothing being a direct cirrhosis diagnosis yet. My gallbladder has only ever detected sludge on all testing so in the last 6 months it hasn’t been up for discussion but I have constant dull or sharp upper right quadrant pain

Hanging in there!
Thanks for your advice - however it would not be a wise move to stop any medication and go alternative, when you have good reasons for being on main stream meds. Alternative meds such as St Johns Wort is very effective after a few mths use - for depression however it does interact poorly with many meds

Hi all, I am 41 and have had severe endometriosis since I was a teenager. 4 years ago I had a hysterectomy and endometriosis excision but kept one ovary. Everything was great for ages, still is really, I'm in 90% less pain but now I have a large endometrioma cyst on my remaining ovary which I'm having

Surgical Menopause: Unable to take Gabapentin and Venlafexine - any advice most welcomed.
Hello lovely ladies, I hope you are all managing to keep well and are staying safe. I had major debulking last year (June 2019) aged 49. I had started having intermittent hot flushes before I was diagnosed (stage 3c high grade) but after my op. the Menopause really really kicked in. I'm really struggling
