I am having surgery next week (hopefully will not be cancelled) to remove my ovaries and endometriosis and adhesions, have been advised will go straight into surgical menopause, please can anyone suggest anything I can take to help me through this, any suggestions would be appreciated, I don't want to go on HRT as this accelerated endo coming back quickly after surgery to remove in 2019. Thank you in advance and stay safe everyone

Hi I’m due to have a hysterectomy Tuesday 🤞 for us both I’ve had 6 zoladex injections and been on HRT things seem to be fine. I was on tiblone and now on hrt gel finding this easier what did you try? X
You must be on a combined hrt and Tibolone as already mentioned is a good one as combined and synthetic so v unlikely to reactivate endo. I’m on femostan conti after being on oestrogen only that did keep endo growing.
If you really don’t want HRT then it may be about seeing what symptoms worry you most - hot flushes can be helped by sage and black cohosh and evening primrose oil.
