Hanging in there!

Thanks for your advice - however it would not be a wise move to stop any medication and go alternative, when you have good reasons for being on main stream meds. Alternative meds such as St Johns Wort is very effective after a few mths use - for depression however it does interact poorly with many meds such as the contraceptive pill - rendering it ineffective.

The good news is I have done some research and I have decided to give the Duloxetine a good 6wk trial - some nights I am sleeping a lot better, and in general my quality has improved since my last post.

So I continue - fingers crossed!!
