Thank you for your post, unfortunately we are not qualified to say. Patrick Holford has written books on nutrition - it might be a place to start. Having too much of anything is not advisable - I found this out when I saw a private nutritionalist who was giving me lots of strong supplements and I became very ill, but these were not the normal everday ones.
