Achy feet
For the last 4 or 5 weeks my feet have been feeling so achy. Keep feeling like when you've spent a full day walking even when I've not walked very much at all, done 4000 steps today and I feel like I've been on my feet for hours. Not changed shoes or anything so wondering if it is to do with b12 or

So difficult to pin it down
I have just completed seven weeks on Sertraline (Anti Depression meds) and after a rocky couple of weeks I gradually felt better. I’d would now say that mentally I’m back to my old self which is great. I decided that it was a good time to try to improve my acid reflux using lanzoprazole which I had

Question about Celiac or NCGS...
I am wondering if anyone with NCGS gets neurological symptoms? I am also wondering about Celiac; if you test negative - does that mean you definitely are not Celiac? Last tests I got was when I was off gluten - blood and endoscope. So found nothing... Took a private finger prick one the other day, awaiting

B complex without biotin?
Hi - does a B complex without biotin exist? I am currently on 3 times a week B12 injections - long term - so I want to keep taking a B complex to keep the other Bs in balance, but I would also like to do a thyroid test soon. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi I’m new, been following the treads of other people’s issues for some time and realise I too need help to as the Gps don’t give much help or advise. Makes me feel like I’m wasting their time . Still that aside I have just read a thread about HRT and Levothyroxine. I’ve been on Kevo thyroxine for

Getting the NDT dosage right
Hello again friends, I'm writing again in the hope that your collective expertise will come up with a solution for me. I switched from Levothyroxine to NDT (NP Thyroid) some time back, and I've been testing every 12 weeks and tweaking the dose trying to get it right. The latest results, which arrived

consultant Gastroenterologist
A phone call yesterday from a consultant Gastroenterologist was very unsuccessful! It lasted less than 5 mins! I explained my symptoms and what my last blood tests results were and I am indeterminate B12 deficient (as per March 24 N.I.C.E guidlines); I also explained it may be my gastric band that’s

Low Ferritin and raised Iron
I have always struggled to get my ferritin levels up. I’m into nutrition so eat the right stuff, including meat daily and have eaten liver pate until I’m sick of the sight of it! Ferritin was 30’s-40’s (30-200) and I thought I’d try a 14 mg iron supplement and it has raised to a record high of 57!

A big thank you!
I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to all who commented on my last post. I was blown away by all the help and support. I went back to the doctor and asked for my vitamin D to be checked… she was reluctant, but lo and behold, it turns out my levels are extremely low. I finally feel like I might have
