B complex without biotin?

Hi - does a B complex without biotin exist?

I am currently on 3 times a week B12 injections - long term - so I want to keep taking a B complex to keep the other Bs in balance, but I would also like to do a thyroid test soon. Any suggestions? Thanks

You only need to stop the B complex for 4 days and its not a bad thing to have a break from time to time anyway, so you could just do the 4 day break.

There is one called Homocystex by Seeking Health that doesn't contain biotin.

4 days should be plenty. Its really not a huge amount of biotin in a b complex. The studies showing that it affects blood results involved far higher amounts.

when you stop B complex, continue B12 and add a separate methyl folate instead

OK - thanks. I have been taking the prescribed folic acid which I am a bit dubious about. I need to re-educate myself on folic acid issues and methylation.
