When you are a pre-teen and you're body changes and you get periods and things start to grow and puberty hits you don't really think about it . Because you know from schooling education and friends this is normal however I am now 40 and I know bodies change however I don't feel like I am ready for this or I worry about what is now normal for me when changes come when you get older . I worry about aches and pains and think "oh I'm getting older now . I worry if my period is a longer cycle or shorter or doesn't last as long. I have been absolutely fixated recently on this under arm pain I have . Things like my hair texture has started to change and got the odd grey hair sprouting around and skin is changing a bit nothing major but certain creaks etc I now can't use but I just don't really know how to cope with this and what to do . I take vitamins for hair etc and multivitamins something I never did in my teens or 20s even 30s . I feel a little in a rut . In my head I think I am still young and think oh I'm only in my 30s no .no I am not 40 is young sure but I'm not prepared for body changing and having to look out for new things that may arise . Does anyone else feel like this?

I have found that exercise helps with the creakiness and niggly pain. Unfortunately, going grey etc cannot be stopped but disguised by dying hair etc. I am 61 and exercise 3 times a week and I feel stronger and fitter than I did in my 30's. It does give you more confidence in yourself and a better feeling about your body image.
I would say to start a solid exercise routine if you do t have one bc it doesn't get easier. See an aesthetic med spa about anti-aging regimen if you want
