I am confident I have my thyroid hormones at right level and most of my symptoms are gone. I am slowly losing weight, alert, happy, skin is better. My arthritis plays up hence the inflammation but my main issue is lack of stamina. I can only really do one thing a day after which I am wiped out and need to rest. Any suggestions? I hope you can see my web capture. I wondered about some hrt.
My results are
TSH 0.008 ( 0.27-4.2)
T3 5.9 ( 3.1-6.8)
T4 8.6 ( 12-22)
CRP 6.94 ( <3)
ferritin 90.6 ( 30-150)
folate 22.4 ( 8.83-60.4)
B12 150 ( 37.5-188)
Vit D 101 ( 50-250)
my meds are T3 62.5mcg
T4 75mcg.
I take folate with inosital and now a b complex with folate included. I inject B12 weekly. i take betteryou spray of vit d and K2.I take large amounts of vitamin c as I take codeine for arthristis and get constipated otherwise. Any suggestions.

I have been on this mix at this dose about 3 months. I am not good on T3 only. I wonder too about an increase of t4 and reduction of T3. I became ill about 3 months ago with weird vertigo, weight gain, goitre playing up and increased my T3 until the vertigo stopped. I am prescribed levo by GPs who are unlikely to increase re not happy about low tsh but I have my own stash. I will try and do links but not very technical re such matters. The inosital complex is by Time supplements and contains inosital, chromium and folate. It is good for polycystic overys, an alternative to metformin. The B complex is by pink tribe it is liposomal.
It might be worth trying a different B Complex, either Igennus Super B or Thorne Basic B as the Pink Tribe one contains a form of B6 that doesn't suit some who can't convert it (me, whether it has something to do with the DIO2 gene 🤷♀️ but I've got that wonk too) and can actually block B6 uptake 😵
Your CRP is high indicating inflammation ( yes arthritis!)....but have you tested TPO and Tg thyroid antibodies for thyroid autoimmune disease/ Hashimoto's. If positive gluten free usually helps.
Your dose is 75mcg levo + 62.5mcg T3 which is quite a hefty dose, the T3 dose explains the low FT4 and suppressed TSH
FT3 is within range so unlikely to be overmedicated.... but how much weight have you lost.
But,,,It is possible that fatigue might be a converse reaction to T3. ie too much can feel like not enough ( that from a medic)
Have you tried reducing your T3 to, say, 50mcg or.... levo to 50mcg ( that would be my first choice !)....there is a lot if trial and error involved in medicating thyroid disease.
I need very high dose T3-only so understand how difficult it can be to find the therapeutic dose.
If I reduce the T3 the vertigo comes back. I have lost 6 stone over about 2 and a half years. I was 29stone so still need to lose a lot of weight. I dont have hashi antibodies I have been tested for them a few times. No sure why I am hypo but do have the DI02 gene mutation so I dont convert well. I wonder if the issue is just me being very over weight, a bit older 57 and arthritic. I wish I could do things like have a day out or go for a long walk.
Thank you. I will look up Glucosamine HCL. I could try reducing levo and increasing t3. my body lets me know very quickly if a dose is wrong. my goitre plays up and I cant breathe at night or I get the weird vertigo.
It feels like my head is swimming and buzzing. Not like ear vertigo when everything spins. mine gets worse if I talk a lot, I must use up a lot of T3 talking.
A number of years ago before I knew anything about T3 I experienced a long spell of weird feelings....light headed, spaced out vague feeling and sitting talking to people I could feel them receeding into the distance.
Looking back I really don't know how I kept up the pretence that I was OK as I searched to find the answer that no one could provide.... but I was over 30 years younger. I was beginning to think I was going crazy.
I'm now sure the effort to cope with that, and other symptoms, was depleteing my already low cellular T3! It was a weird time.....
Cellular rather than glandular hypothyroidism! But try discussing that with most medics!
It turned out after much research that I have a type of thyroid hormone resistance and need a large dose of T3-only
This all came flooding back when I read your post above!
Like you I don’t usually have spinning, just swimmy feeling. Mine is kind of worse if I talk a lot but that is more because talking involves turning to face someone.
