Those help RLS if you are deficient. So I can't imagine those are the problem but you could always stop taking them to see if things clears up.

Thankyou Sue,I have been taking them for a week or so,today is the first time that I have felt my RLS so bad, hopefully it's something which I've eaten today,I will take note of all the food I've eaten as I feel I do need the vitamins and want to continue taking the course.Its1.30 here and I'm downstairs walking around with a cup of Camomile tea hoping this vile feeling will ease off.

Check out the full list of ingredients!

What are the excipients used? Very often they can contain some baddies.

Where is Manerva when we need him?😥

any idea which additives we need to watch out for please madlegs? I take a whole host of vitamins and supplements in an effort to reduce my rls.

I take 10000 iu of vit d3 and 200mcg of vit k2 daily which are fairy high doses with no problem

Now that the days are lengthening and we're getting more sun I'm reducing the dose by 50%

I take them with no ill effects but it could be certain additives in yours.

Hi Jumpy,I usually get vitamins and other health items from a reputable company,I checked the ingredients and it states the tablets don't contain any fillers and no nasty so probably it is something else that's causing my RLS to go crazy.

I never had ill effects from vitamins or minerals. I take D daily and K2 sporadically. And, some people have had good results with these natural preps. I've not tried these formulas myself yet, but may get around to it: topconsumerreviews.com/best...

That just addresses the symptoms (feelings) of rls not the cause which is most likely inflammation of the nerves which vit D3 may help to combat.

Because I take a lot of D, my doctor tests it every 6 months. It's 68 as of late January. That's fairly high.

For many years vitamin D3 has been bad for my RLS. I have tried different brands and taking it different time of day, but it makes my legs noticeably worse that night. Seems strange since my siblings seem to benefit from it.

K2 is neither good nor bad for me.
