18 years old, Stage 4 Endometriosis

Hi, my name is Desiree Keith and i've been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis a few months ago. Recently I've had open abdominal surgery to remove a 13 centimeter cyst on my right ovary and there was no way of saving it. My question is...how does one still continue to have hope of future fertility. I'm young and my dream is to be a mother one day but this has taken a toll on me mentally and physically. What are some vitamins or food suggestions to eat while having this diagnosis? Please if you have any advice or suggestions for anything let me know. This is my first time on here and hope to see a lot of positive things and seeing women supporting women.
