Happy Days are here again - PSA post IMRT
Hey y'all, I had labs done at AIS as I was there for a post op check after the 28 IMRTs. T under 10 and PSA dropped again from 5.2 to

but I normally go thru Kaiser and this was Quest Labs. I think Kaiser sends out PSA to another lab. This PSA is the lowest in a year PTH

How can I improve?Any recommendations for debilitating fatigue?
I'm also taking HRT, selemium,

and C. My latest iron test was normal My brain seems to function well but physically I feel exhausted all the time. I'm on a gluten free diet, tried dairy free for a bit but didn't see any difference.

Lactose intolerance advice and absorption issues
I have also been experiencing headaches recently and as my
vitamin
D
was 104, I thought it may be this as if is usually around the 90 mark (I recently started to take with food so may be absorbing it more). Do I stop it for a few weeks to lower it down if the headaches are from this?

still confused about my iron results
I’ve now redone my iron panel with medichecks and have similar results to last time. I can’t work out why my ferritin continues to drop. And what I can do about it as I know I need higher ferritin levels for optimum thyroid hormone function. …………………………… Ferritin……….Iron……….. Trans. Sat………..TIBC……….

Vitamin
D
also has scope to improve . Have luckily spent 3 months in the sun this winter and taking 4,000 units plus K2 . Should I increase dose? Serum folate is low , where do I go with that ?

FT3 at bottom of range
Hi, so 6 weeks on 75mcg levo (50mcg Accord 25mcg Workhardt) and I have got some test results. I had no choice but to have two different brands and risk risk the migraine, as that was all they would give me. Weight still piling on, no energy, joints aching, insomnia and depressed! FT3 3.1 pmol/L
