Fed up, drained! Thyroid?
I take
vitamin
D
4000iu daily, Iron citrate 14mg, Omega 3, Zinc Piccolinate 22mg (I notice white spots appear on my nails if I stop taking it), Vitamin B complex. Diet wise, I don't eat any red meat or fish (I do eat chicken), have fruit and vegetables daily and drink Kefir.

Still no treatment - fed up
Vitamin
D
always seems to be 'fair' at best, so I supplement daily for that. I will arrange another vitamin/iron panel test soon, as I am mindful of the importance of not taking too much iron.

I am not taking any other medication apart from calcium and

it’s me again new results
115 mcg t4 and 30 t3 Tsh less 0.01 T4 20 (12 to 22) T3 5.8 (4.1 to 6.8)! It’s 4.1 not 3.1 on my ranges B12 979 max 795 - no supplements they won’t test active b12 so I will push Vit d 90 Testing done exactly 12 hours for t3 after and 24 after t4 but I felt so horrendous that morning of testing

Recently diagnosed under active thyroid - Hashimoto's, bit confusing!
So pleased to have found this forum! I had a routine blood test followed by a call from the GP asking me questions about how i was feeling. I get tired easily but put all symptoms like that down to getting older and haven't really any other symptoms. I had glandular fever age 18 and since then have

New results. I'd be grateful for some input!
So, after 3 years of testing every 8 weeks or so, I still don't trust my interpretation. 😂 Latest results on 150mcg T4 and 30mcg T3 are: TSH: 0.01 T4: 18.5 (12 - 22) 65% T3: 5.4 (3.1 - 6.8) 62% Previous results on 125mcg levo and 30mcg T3 were: TSH: 0.01 T4: 17.8 (12 - 22) 58% T3: 5.1 (3.1 - 6.8)

Should I be asking for an increase in Levo?
I have an appt with my endo on Thursday to discuss my latest results and those from last August and April when I was taking different amounts of levo. I always follow the suggested procedure of stopping Vit B complex a week before, early blood test and not taking levo for 24 hours. My most recent
