My friend has been suffering with dizziness over the last weeks and few other symptoms like loss of appetite yet feeling she will collapse if she wont eat out of the blue and within seconds.. She was advised to have some blood tests today:
TSH: 2.38mIU/L (0.27 to 4.2)
T3:1.6 nmol/L (1.3 to 3.1)
ft3: 4.6 pmol/L (3.1 to 6.8)
T4: 102 nmol/L (66 to 181)
ft4: 18.6 pmol/L (11.9 to 21,6)
Vitamin D: 71.5
Folic: 14.8 (8.8 to 60.8)
B12: 456 (145 to569)
The resuts seem pretty balanced, but her symptoms seem familiar with thyroid? Since she is a friend of mine, she knows my struggles and she is quite concerned if she should be seeking an endo's advice?
Thanks as always,

Igennus B complex popular option. Nice small tablets. Most people only find they need one per day. But a few people find it’s not high enough dose and may need separate methyl folate couple times a week
Thorne Basic B recommended vitamin B complex that contains folate, but they are large capsules. (You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule) Thorne can be difficult to find at reasonable price, should be around £20-£25. iherb.com often have in stock. Or try ebay
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 5-7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate folate supplement (eg Jarrow methyl folate 400mcg)
Post discussing how biotin can affect test results
