My husband has been on separate vitamin B capsules,B12,B2,B6( P5P) and Biotin. In Daphnes very informative book she says that the original protocol had been with a low dose B complex .would this be every day,or only on the Monday Wednesday and Friday when taking B1? Should we stop his larger dose and go onto a lower” all in one “ tablet as per protocol?
Hospital has prescribed Folic acid tablets, but a 5 mg dose( or as the email advising me said,” Frolic acid “ Whoopie!!) how much is advisable on starting vitamin B1 therapy?
No doubt these questions have been answered before, but the way I formed the question on the search site didn’t bring me answers,so looking forward to any input.

B2 deficiency is commonplace and B2 is non-toxic so you're okay there. P5P in combination with B2 should also be non-toxic, there are no studies to the contrary, and I take it myself. But there are those who disagree. Personally I also take plenty of B12 so I agree there. I also take vitamin B1 and have benefited from it. These other vitamins do not interfere with B1.
Folate supplementation at much lower levels has been shown to be carcinogenic. See my writing on that subject, with medical references, here: tinyurl.com/ycdrz5lj
