Vitamin b complex recommendations please šŸ™

Please can people help with finding a good vitamin b complex? I've looked at health leads vitamin b complex but the folate levels seem low? Although they don't contain any fillers or nasties that I seems to be allergic to...these are more expensive than below brand but when you are allergic to a lot of things it's what works I guess...

The other brand was igennus b complex but these do contain fillers so not sure, hoping people can help with their experience of taking b complex. Many thanks in advance ā˜ŗļø šŸ™

Igennus Super B Complex is the one I use . Nice small pills to swallow and you can use just one or two pills a day depending on how quickly or bad you deficiency is. You can get from Igennus or Amazon.

Super B-Complex - High Absorption Methylated B Vitamins, Clean Label, Sustained Release - Complete Spectrum of B Vitamins with Folate, Boosted B12 & Vitamin C, 60 Tablets, by Igennus ā€¦

Thanks for the info & recommendation I've been looking at these, but wasn't sure about the added vitamin C....

The added Vit C amount is neither here or there. I take a Vit C 1000 anyway so donā€™t worry about it in the B Complex. I only need one tablet a day as also take the Igennus Folate which over the course of 6 months pushed that up from 4 to 20.

The Vit C in the Igennus tablets is simply added to prevent oxidation of the B-Vitamins. And it adds a bit of Vit C supplementation too, as even 1 tablet would cover the daily recommended allowance for Vit C.

Ive been using Thorne B vitamin complex after being recommended by SlowDragon on here. No issues, not cheap but they seem good quality.

Thanks...looking at these too & it's a fine line of which one will suit. I have so many reactions to additives in medication etc it's so hard to know which will suit isn't it...glad these work well for you & thank you again for the recommendation :)

Oddly the Thorne Basic B capsules are now going straight through my gut without dissolving, but with pain! I asked yesterday on another post ( Obsidianā€™s post on Bs) if anyone else had had that, and why they thought it was happening, but got no repliesā€¦bit expensive and then not to get benefit of Bs supplement!

Sorry to hear that...doesn't sound good that they are now doing that. How long have you been taking thorne basic b for? could you just open them up & not have the capsule? sprinkle on food...not sure if you can do that with those or if it would help at all. Hope you get some answers soon

yes I will do the opening up of capsule and sprinkle on foodā€¦just forget to do it! And I was interested whether anybody else had had same problemā€¦sort of thing that takes time to notice then put 2+2 together!

Yes I know what you mean, it's difficult to work out what has affects on things, hope you find the solution soon & would be good to hear how you get on with them again...take care :)

I used to get on well with them too, however I then seemed to have tummy pains after taking them. My daughter found she couldnā€™t take them either, perhaps a change in their makeup? I did get on really well with Vitablossom liposomal but canā€™t get them now even on their web site. Iā€™ve tried Pink Tribe and a very expensive one who I canā€™t remember. I do know the Thorne basic taste absolutely foul! Good luck šŸ¤ž

thanks, yes I think I have had them before over the years and got on ok with them..Iā€™ll try to remember to take them out of the capsule, but forget to do it with food, then when finished perhaps try the tiny Igenuss one next!
