Is anyone here familiar with metabolomic analysis?
I've heard about metabolomics only recently while listening to a Dr Berg podcast. In short, if I understood correctly, it differs from regular blood tests by looking for the concentration of things (like amino acids, minerals, polyphenol, etc...) within your cells rather than the concentration in your

Hi all, I previously posted on behalf of my Mom. TSH, B12, folate and vitamin D below was taken 21/12/23. GP prescribed 50,000 unit 1 a week for 6 weeks vitamin D caps. T3 and updates.
Hope everyone is having a good day and not pouring it down and misty as it is here. Managed to have a telephone consultation with my usual Dr. today that I feel was helpful. My T3 result was done with my last tests and is 4.5 which said in normal range. I only had one thyroid test prior to beginning

blood results
Hi, I have had my blood results back from blue horizon. The only one they said was low was the TSH at 0.06. I was expecting this as I’ve been self sourcing T3 . Little worried about what my endo will say when he reruns bloods next month, as he’s not keen to raise my levo above 50. Results are below,

After Some Super Advice on This Forum
Firstly, thank you for all your advice on my last thread, needless to say I took it onboard and proceeded to get another blood test with the advised timings and vitamins etc. So once again I hope I can ask for your advice again, I'll post Januarys and now March's, they look better to me, but as I said

Range for B12d
Just wondering if I am misunderstanding the use of the the range for B12.My local health centre has a set range of 150 - 1000. 0. How does this work? If someone's level is, say, 155, is this believed to mean that this person is considered to be as well, in B12 terms, as another person who's B12 level
