Vitamin D in winter months
Vitamin D2 is ingested from a healthy balanced diet and can be derived from everyday foods such as: Egg yolks and fatty fish like; trout, mackerel, salmon or tuna, as well as cod liver oil, or fortified milk, juices and cereals. Vitamin D3 however, is most efficiently produced when our skin is exposed

I hear people saying what drugs they are on so my question is why am I on so many drugs? I take 7 prescription drugs in the morning, and 9 at night that is not including my aspirin or fish oil. ..

Hypersensitivity post circumcision
Hi, I am on my 8th week at the moment, have had partial circum followed by frenuloplasty. Healing and all is going well and the hypersensitivity of glans is much reduced upto an extent that it won’t pain or discomfort in under garments or a slight tap. But any sort of sudden rubbing by hand or tissue

Thyroidectomy / symptoms query
Hi everyone, It's been just over 3 years since I've been diagnosed with Graves Disease. After my first taper down of Carbimazole it wasn't long after dropping to 5mg EOD that I relapsed. My endocrinologist in the NHS said now it's happened once it's pretty much guaranteed it would happen again and again

Hi beautiful ladies! Since my last post I had to go to A&E three times due to unbearable pain. They did and emergency scan and found the cyst that was 6cm has grown to 9cm and the 2 cyst that was 4cm is now 6cm. They gave me prostap injections for 3 months which has got my rations all over the place

Once again unable to sleep. Thinking about my diet. I’m having some stomach and digestive investigations. My stomach is now so distended and solid with it.
