Not sure if you've tried diet changes already, but do you notice if any foods make the bloating worse? In some people it can be pulses, onions or garlic or vegetables like broccoli or cabbage. They are all good foods for endo, but sometimes we can't tolerate them if the bowel is sensitive.
Noticed the bloating is so bad no matter what I eat at the moment no specific food makes it worse it’s just bad all the time no matter what I eat and so uncomfortable really getting me down
I don’t think I really have advise as this has been my life for 23+ years. On top of the endometriosis I have an extremely painful bladder condition called intersistital cystitis so I cannot wear jeans or anything that is tight around my stomach. Some days are a bit better but I can’t really pinpoint what makes it better. Yes , like you feel I feel very depressed and anxious over it.
I was having some similar symptoms and visited a gastroenterologist. He ran some tests and I had a condition I’ve never heard of before. I was on some medication and a very strict diet called Fodmap. I was following this diet with the help of a nutritionist to understand what was happening with my digestive system. Worth visiting a gastro specialist and take it from there.
