Flu vaccine
Covid booster last Thursday, no problem.Flu
vaccination
yesterday, awful reaction. Fever and flu like symptoms overnight, expected. But the pain in my arm, extending down to fingers, pain in shoulder, pain in neck, and chest pain not expected. Anyone else had this problem with their booster?

Covid vaccines cut risk of virus-related heart failure and blood clots, study finds
The latest study sought to investigate the overall impact of a Covid
vaccination
, given that infection with the virus itself is known to significantly raise the risk of heart failure and various other serious cardiovascular problems.

Latest re -Lupus and Covid?
I have tried the Lupus UK site but there seems to be nothing more recent than Sept 23 and that is about
vaccination
rather than advice to Loopys who catch Covid. I am hoping that someone here may have some more recent experience or knowledge please.

Travel
Morning all, hope you can help me , I'm travelling to Kenya in November I've just seen on the government website that if your taking steroids ie prednisolone you maynot be able to have the yellow fever
vaccination
. Is this correct has anyone travelled to Kenya with this issue.

SYNC-T utilizes a combination approach of in situ

After COVID vaccination, when do ‘side effects’ become an ‘adverse reaction’?
Hi I just had my regular seasonal COVID
vaccination
and with my previous 3 vaccinations my side effects have been awful. I purposely book them for a Friday as I know I will be out of action all weekend and I do not have to miss work every time.

Spring COVID vaccination
Hi all, I was told when I was diagnosed with PMR last year that the condition would mean I was immuno-suppressed. Consequently I thought I would be entitled to a free spring COVID jab which is being widely advertised now for over-75s (not me yet) and people with weakened immune systems (like me, I

Shingrex
Notwithstanding that they may have had a Shingles
vaccination
some years earlier. I am also led to believe that there is some value in having a second Shingrex. Am I right in that assumption?. Any info would be appreciated. Regards to all. Ron

NHS questionnaire
Yesterday I got a text asking me to fill in a very long questionnaire about why I had refused a
vaccination
. Sounds like they are concerned about how many people are refusing them. Anyone else received it?

I therefore wonder if the latest upcoming booster
vaccination
is required. Does anyone have any information about this? I presume the benefits of having it outweigh the risks but I would be interested in hearing other's opinions.
