Rinvoq (Upadacitinib) experiences please!
Iâm on day two. Trying to manage expectations! Would love to hear your experiences with this drug especially how long it took to work or conversely how long you stick it out before abandoning it. Iâve been burnt with this before because I never really felt Adalimumab did anything but kept being fobbed

AstraZeneca vaccine
I've been on Methotrexate and Sulfasalazine, I've now been prescribed
Upadacitinib
. I just wanted to share that my rheumatologist stated not to regret having the vaccine because if I've reacted like this to a tiny dose of the virus then imagine how I would have reacted if I had caught COVID.

What to Know About Getting the Second COVID-19 Vaccine Dose If Youâre Immunocompromised or Have an Autoimmune Condition
The American College of Rheumatology recently recommended that some patients can stop taking methotrexate and JAK inhibitors [such as tofacitinib (Xeljanz), baricitinib (Olumiant), and
upadacitinib
(Rinvoq)] for one week after each vaccine dose.
