Rheumatology Appointment
I am to use the three in one mouthwash at the first sign of
ulcers
and he is referring me to ENT to look at my nasal passages and vocal chords as he feels the croaky voice is a result of inflammation.

I have been on 350mg daily for 10 years or so. Are there any others out there that have suffered with hair loss

Stabbing pain in ribs & negative ANA
I have had Raynaud’s for years and have had finger
ulcers
twice needing antibiotics because they were infected. My fingers swell like fat pea pods and I can’t use them. Hand scans showed it is subcutaneous oedema. I don’t have rheumatoid arthritis as there is no inflammation in my joints.

Does the horrendous dry mouth ever go away with Elvanse - Lisdexamfetamine ??
Following my recent ADHD diagnosis I had hope that my life could improve with medication, however I've been on Lisdexamfetamine (Elvanse) two months now and the dry mouth, and lips are unbearable, I developed tongue sucking habit and
ulcers
on my tongue making it painful to eat.

Ulcer and blood thinners
Finally, a gastroenterologist stated to me that blood thinners can cause
ulcers
. What are your thoughts regarding this?

Decompensated Cirrhosis with Odema and Lymphodaema......skin problems
The District Nurses call once a week to re dress the
ulcers
/ lesions, but the constant pressure of the bleeding weeping wounds is getting us both down. The District Nurses don’t offer a solution. What do you suggest we try next?

Betchets Diagnosis
My symptoms were similar to Betchets, but as I did not have a lot of mouth
ulcers
, I was told in 2016 from the Betchets Centre in London, that I did not have Betchets.

Any guidance on having chemo as a ulcerative colitis sufferer?
Many of the possible chemo side effects appear to resemble UC flare symptoms eg fatigue, digestive issues, mouth
ulcers
etc. I would be grateful to hear of experiences of anyone with a UC diagnosis having chemo. Was it an issue?

IV placement in hands when you have Scleroderma & Raynaud's
There have been MANY infections/
ulcers
in my thumbs/fingers requiring lengthy treatment to resolve. I am quite fearful of an infection the back of my hand from the lengthy IV placement.

I have a particularly dry mouth ( noted by doctor) who was looking at the

in my mouth. Due to having been diagnosed with lichens sclerosis ( AI) Alopecia (AI) and recently hypothyroidism ( antibodies negative for hashimotos?)

Oral thrush with hyper
White and red patches, sore throat, lips, tongue, gums, mouth
ulcers
…. You name it, I have it. I’m struggling to eat or drink at the moment due to either pain, stinging or physically being unable to move it round in my mouth. Anyone had this who has found something to help (on a Sunday 😩).

Very dry mouth
Since Covid in October 2022 I have had a dry mouth with a sore tongue and sore roof of mouth. I am now thinking it is nothing to do with Covid but maybe related to Mercury thyroxine? I have struggled for years trying to find a brand that agrees with me, ever since the original Eltroxin I by Glaxo disappeared

Ordered my nebuliser today😊
I can't have Carbocisteine as previous history of stomach
ulcers
. My mucous is the type you can hang wallpaper with so it needs some strong persuasion to leave the depths where it is nice and warm and cosy!!!! I have bronch on top of asthma.
