Ketamine
Has anyone tried Ketamine for PD dyskinesia or depression associated with PD? There is a clinical trial opening in my area and I am trying to decide whether or not to participate. My dyskinesia is mild. Thanks!

Antioxidant Urate (Inosine) Fails to Slow Early Disease Progression

Liquid blood biopsies in UK clinical trial
Several members of my family - with the ATM mutation (my CLL 11q is ATM related) will be joining a clinical trial at Penn - to develop a more accurate (CA19-9) blood biopsy for the detection of early pancreatic cancer - also associated with the ATM mutation. https://www.england.nhs.uk/2021/09/nhs-launches-world-first-trial-for-new-cancer-test

Positive results with GaM
Several weeks ago I had my second PET scan. Compared with the former scan there was remarkable improvement. Some lesions were completely gone and others were greatly reduced. I am attributing this to the drug Gallium Maltolate. My oncologist and my naturopathic oncologist were excited to see the results

Has Anyone taken Xtandi as a last resort treatment for MCRPC and what were results?
My husband has run the gamut on Prostate Cancer Treatments- Surgery, Radiation, Lupron, Clinical Trial (Panther), Provenge, chemo, and Lutetium 177 treatment in Germany for 4 cycles. The Lutetium worked with bringing PSA down from 1350 to single digits for about 9 months - now it is on the rise again

I got the news today I didn't wanna hear.
A 3mos break, after a very successful chemo treatment, carboplatin and cabataxal, PSA went down to 6.7 from 247, the recent bone scan indicated one small spot on 9th rib. Today the PSA bounced up to 76, My oncologist says there is very little we can do, I asked if the previous chemo would be a option

Fasting before docetaxel
Back in 2019, Dr. Tanya Dorff was involved in a clinical trial where the person fasted for 48 hours before getting docetaxel. The trial was not over at that time. Does anyone know the final results from the trial, any links? Thanks.

ErSO Let's bombard Bayer with messages to start trials!
Hi Dear Ladies I am reposting the below from over on Inspire... I just wrote a short message to the CEO of Bayer, maybe we can all do the same... Obviously if this drug works the way it purported to in animal trials, they stand to make big $$ so I doubt they will delay...even so, a bit of polite nudging

IBRUTINIB - Dental implant surgery
Question for CLL’ers being treated with IBRUTINIB and needing DENTAL WORK/IMPLANT: I’ve been on Obinutuzumab/Ibrutinib clinical trial for two years - and I’m doing well. I am Trisomy 12, unmutated and Notch positive. I need to have a tooth extracted. My DDS insists I use an oral surgeon. Yes, I understand

Would Adding 10,000 IU a day of D3 would be a good thing to complement my Niacin 250 mg a day? Maybe NOT
Sometimes I'm Stupid. This is a re-write of my post extolling the virtues of vitamin D3 based on misreading a study and thinking down was up and left was right. I would just delete it but some people have seen it and I want the correction to be here. This is the trial from 2016 that had me excited:
